For Outlook® 2003 with service pack 3 it looks like in the snapshot below:
Please don't mix the information about the service pack with the information about the OS. The service pack shown in the snapshot is only valid for Office (2000, XP and 2003). For Outlook® 2007 a Service-Pack 1 exists.
