The tools from outlook-stuff.com are developed to unlock them only with a license key.

So you get no "full version" if you buy a tool but a license key. This key will sent to you by ShareIt via a download link by e-mail after the payment process has successfully been completed.

For this reason no CD will be offered as an option to buy because most of the buyers think they buy "full versions" on CD and complain the missing software.

If you want to backup the tools on CD you can set the option Setup Files in the ESM-Installer to download the tools (please note the hints in the right window after activating this options).
