Button for preview or editing is locked Print E-mail

Depending on selected fields and action not all combinations can be edited due to technical reasons. It is for example not possible to delete fields of Outlook® or copy/move a group of fields (e.g. All fax numbers) into another field.

Please check if the option Add to empty fields too on the register Options is enabled.
 
Deleted fields are still found Print E-mail

If you rename or delete user defined fields (only Pro version), these fields will also be deleted from the folders as long as single contacts are not highlighted.
