Some call numbers are not converted into the desired format although they are correctly shown in the preview. It's about a conversion of home country call numbers into the format  +121212345678 resp. other countries' call numbers into the format +1 212 12345678.

In the first case it always changes to the format +1 21212345678, in the second case to +1 (212) 12345678. This is not a program bug but a Outlook® behaviour. You can check this by entering the suggested numbers by hand without blanks (resp. without brackets if using foreign numbers).

The problem can be avoided by using the international format (+1 (212) 12345678). With this format there are no problems in Outlook® and every cell phone, telephone software or telephone system should be able to deal with that format.

From version 6.0.0 and higher the program can handle this formats too. Not by automatically changing the contacts but by manual changing the contacts. To do so please open the program dialog and work on all desired contacts one time.

Phone numbers with no discernible area code can not be converted. This is for example the case if in the synchronization the "+" in front of the phone number disappears (e.g. 121212345678). In this case please first insert a "+" in front of the call numbers and at the same time push the CTRL key.
