May be the fax numbers will be shown in the address book even if the option Hide fax numbers is activated.

Please add the string NoRDO to the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\ESM-Tools\FormatNumbers\General and set its value to True.
