In some fields Outlook® forces to use a special format which can not be influenced. These exceptional cases are not considered in the preview of the present program versions.

It is possible that in the preview a change is visible, that is eventually not accepted by Outlook®.

Under this circumstance, please check if changes can be made manually. If this is the case, please report that fact to the programmer. If not, changes unfortunately can't be made by recoding the program.
