This message appears if the Liveupdate function searches for new program versions.

Up to now the error occurred only to users with Windows Vista®. May be some misconfiguration of the firewall and/or antivirus software blocks the connection. It could also be a general problem with the network or you use a proxy server. If you use a proxy server there is no solution right now. The problem was submitted to the developer of the LiveUpdate function and a new version should be available soon (may be in July or August 2008).

Alternatively to the LiveUpate function you can update the software through a reinstallation from this homepage. All your settings will remain and it takes not much longer than a normal update.
