Outlook crashes if I click on the program icon

 

This failure is caused by a Microsoft® problem with the FM20.DLL.

To avoid this problem, please copy the file FM20ENU.DLL into the directory System32.

It's unfortunately not possible to deliver and install the FM20ENU.DLL file to avoid the failure.
