You find the version number in the window title of the programs or by a click on the blue info symbol. 

An update can be done with the LiveUpdate function without a new installation: start -> Programs -> ESM-Tools -> LiveUpdate. Please make sure that the file udt.exe resp. LiveUpdate.exe has access to the internet through the firewall.

The ESM-Installer has version 3.1.0

Shared files (directory C:\Program Files\Common Files\ESM-Tools Shared) should have the following versions:

• LiveUpdate.exe: 2.1.670.0
• SafeOutlook.dll: 4.5.0.806
• Helpers.dll: 1.1.0

To see the version number just click with the right mouse button on the corresponding file -> Properties -> register Version (Windows® XP) and/or Details (Windows Vista®).

If the versions of the shared files are not consistent, please download and install the file SharedFiles.exe.
