Support for bought programs are unlimited free. Also if you have a problem after years or have lost your license data you get help here. Customers from outlook-struff.com will not left allone after they have bought something.

Support for free offered information/tools is not free but you can buy support units for them.

For technical problems, the cause often lies in Outlook ® that can be solved as follows:

• Repair Outlook®
• Repair Pst-/Ost file
• Create new Outlook® profile

If you can not manage a program please do the following:

• Read the program help and the faq
• Use the search function on the right side
• Check, if you are using the latest program versions

At least some helpful articles which are often used on answers:

• New license procedure
• How do I unlock my upgrade license?
• The icon isn't (any longer) visible
• An object could not be loaded

If you still have problems please submit the following information:

• Does the problem only recently started to? If so, what has changed in the meantime (such as other virus scanners, new Outlook ® version, new add-ins installed)?
• If you use a program for editing the contact or calendar entries: If the error occurs also when you perform the desired change by hand, without program? If so, you will usually find the answer in the FAQs or the program help. If not, it might be a bug.
• Try to describe the problem so that it step by step, is understandable. If error messages appear, make possible a screenshot of it and attach it to your request. Alternatively, please provide the exact error message.
