How can I change the Internet format?

A possible reason why recipients get a winmal.dat attachment is the wrong sending format in the contacts.

To change the format with EditContacts please do the following steps:

1. Choose in the register Processing the action Overwrite and choose by Selection the contacts you want to change
2. On the tab Settingsplease activate the check box All to see all available contact fields
3. Choose the field Internetformat and for Overwrite choose Autodetect
4. To be sure to change all contacts you can optional set the check box Force overwrite (see help)
5. Click on the glass icon to see what will be changed and on the gears to change the contacts
6. After changing the contacts please restart Outlook® to take affect
