How can I show again the menu bar ESM-Tools?

I have faded out the menu bar "ESM-Tools" and now I'm not able to call the program again.
Please change in the registry in the sector HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareVB and VBA Program SettingsESM-ToolsFixMyBarsCommandBarsApplicationESM-Tools the value of the strings Enabled and Visible from False to True and restart Outlook®.
If you are quick you can alternatively try to click on the program icon on Outlook® start up before the program fades out the menu bar.
