How to unlock my programs?

Unlocking your programs is made by a name and a license key which you automatically receive by e-mail from ShareIt after your purchase is completed.

With the help of this interactive demo workshop you can exercise the license procedure. Alternativly you can use the description below.

If you still work with a demo version simply mark the e-mail with the license informations and then click on the program and/or settings symbol (SubjectMarker on Program Info). The license will be then installed automatically and a message appears. If you do not get this message, please install the license manually:

1. Copy the license informations to the clipboard (name and license key). Select therefore the text with the mouse and then copy it to the clipboard with pressing CTRL+C (see picture 1).
2. Open a dialog and click on the blue info symbol of the tool you have bought (see picture 2). If you have bought a bundle, click on any of the tools.
3. Now click on the yellow key symbol (picture 3). The license informations will be automatically read from the clipboard and entered in the fields.
4. To save the license informations now click on the green disk symbol (picture 4).

Installing a new license follow this steps: 

1. Copy the license informations to the clipboard (name and license key). Select therefore the text with the mouse and then copy it to the clipboard with pressing CTRL+C (see picture 1).
2. Now click on the yellow key symbol (picture 3).
3. Delete the existing license by clicking on the red cross (left button). Right after that, the new license information will be insert from the clipboard and can be saved with the green button in the middle (picture 4). If the information will not be inserted automatically, please click also on the button in the middle which is now a symbol of the clipboard. Then the information will be inserted and the clipboard button changes back to the save button which you click now to save the new license.

Hints:

• If more users work with the same computer the registration process must be done for each account separately. Please pay attention to buy for each user a separate license (see License Agreement).
• The license information get lost if you uninstall the tools and then reinstall it. To avoid this, please save your program settings first (it will save and restore the license too).
